Three weeks ago we had GLORIOUS sunshine...and for some of the summer before that....while I've been on holiday, it has rained....sometimes torrentially... every single blooming day!!!!
I'm going back to work on sunday!!!! GGGGRRRRRRR!!!!
I'm not a sun worshipper, cause I've had two precancerous moles removed when I was younger, and have to avoid it like the plague...but, even so, I'd like to get out of the house occasionally!!
I haven't been able to do anything really worthwhile with the kids...such a shame!! _________________ Alan Rickman...*sigh*... enough said.

Well, I feel sorta bad for you all, BUT,
we have had the best weather yesterday and today!
Usually this time of year it's in the mid to upper 90's with horrible humidity here. and the sky is always hazy, you can't even tell it's blue.
but the past two days, it's been a high of 85 with low humidity. we have a nice breeze, and the sky is a crisp blue with a few white puffy clouds, just like in the fall. it's so beautiful! we actually have our windows open so we can get some fresh air in.
this is how summer is supposed to be, but so rarely is in the midwest.
we have a few short weeks of this in May or early June then it's gone until fall. My husband was saying we might have an early fall this year, I really really hope so! _________________ ~~~Nora~~~

That sounds like a perfect day Nora!! My fave weather is a crisp sunny winters morning....where you can see your breath condensing in huge white puffs of air.....as long as I'm wrapped up snug of course! _________________ Alan Rickman...*sigh*... enough said.
