I think your browser misinterprets the address because it contains "%20", that is the html symbol for space. Some older browsers break the address off after the %.
Instead of clicking on the link: Try copying and pasting the complete link with no spaces as one long line http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v472/pilislayer/Alan%20Rickman/wall_ar43.jpg into the address line of a fresh browser window, check that it really is the complete address (has to end with .jpg), and then press return. Hope that helps.
