Nick and Frank Starkey were both policemen. A scandal forced Nick to leave the force, now a serial killer has driven the police to take him back. A web that includes Frank's wife, bribery, and corruption all are in the background as Nick tries to uncover the secret of where the killer will strike next, and finally must lay a trap without the police.

This was on tv when i was very little but i still remembered seeing Alan in it, thats the effect the man has on me. Laughing

I watched a little of this on youtube, but they only had the Alan sections - I think youtube was made or Alan fans lol - however it looked pretty good and they have it on Amazon for next to nothing! It's on my list.

Love Ed as a character, he's so "Alan", cool and calm, but can be counted on. Good film!

So... I watched it. My faith in Alan films has been restored (after the Dark Harbor incident...). I loved it. Ed is very sweet. Although I think the best bit of the film is when Nick is fighting with the guy down the stairs. Hilarious! Oh and why has that man painted his face? Umm... politically incorrect much? Funny though. Also, there is a great moment when Susan Sarandon slaps the main guy in the face TWICE. Love it!

This was never one of my favourite movies but 'Ed' was adorable. I didn't own it either but...I just happened to stumble over a copy today for $5.00 in my favourite used dvd place so I snapped it up. Great condition. A while back I had a particularly bad day and was beating myself up over it so to releave the pressure I did this silly little pic. and felt better.

Oh thats cute semperaevitas...have any of you seen the Movie The Omen (the New version with Julia Styles?) I swear Alan looks like the photographer in this movie..hair cute and all...by the way the photographer is played by the actor who plays professor Lupin (David Thewlis I think is his name?)in Harry Potter...I must tell you that I have now become more found of poor proffessor Lupin Twisted Evil
What do you ladies think? Close or is it just I see Alan in all...lol Twisted Evil

I've seen The Omen, but I have to admit that I didn't really think about Daniel Thewlis looking like Alan, but in the picture he kind of does...
I like mr Thewlis though, I think he's a good actor, but not hot as Alan, of course - no one is!
