Ok, so you all now know who my other main interest is !!
<<<----- Steve Priest, who you can see here playing his Rickenbacker Bass. One time member of Sweet, now writing, producing and still playing bass.
I also am quite a big fan of Adam Ant.

So who are your other male interests, Musician, Actor whatever ??

I've been meaning to make a section for this in the forum. I recall us having a side dish section on TARF.

At any rate, besides Alan I am in love with David Strathairn, Stephen Rea, Gabriel Byrne and Jack Davenport. Those are just one step below the undying love I have for Alan and then after them comes Ardal O'Hanlon, Jeremy Irons, Colin Firth and Steve Coogan. There are probably others in there, but I can't think of them at the moment.

Mine is the singer Josh Groban. On another forum I'm on, the other people there often have a running joke on me saying that I'm married to Josh and having an affair with Alan... which, hey... okie-dokie LOL Besides Alan and Josh, that's really all that I'm seriously into. Johnny Depp is alright... and pretty much all the men from Love Actually (LOVE that movie!).

Besides Alan, I have such a thing for Peter Stormare (from Prison Break and Fargo). He´s been in a lot of swedish productions too, of course, and he is just... magic.
Stellan Skarsgård is another really dishy swede, he´s in Pirates of the Carribean and Dogville for example.
I´ve also got a huge crush on Anthony Head (yes, I am a Buffy-fan too!) When he sings in the "Once more with feeling"-episode, I just melt down to a litte puddle of love! Oh, and he is just gorgeous as the Prime Minister in Little Britain! Very Happy

Oh, I love Stellan Skarsgård! I've always loved his acting, but I remember first thinking he was attractive in The Exorcist prequels.

goodness, the names are just swirling around in my head! Jason Isaacs is a MAJOR hottie! WOW yes, Johnny Depp, too. Hugh Jackman, Colin Firth, Hugh Grant is just so...cute! (that is most of Love Actually, isn't it??) George Clooney, best dressed...looks like he should be wearing a tux every day. I do love Josh Groban's voice. I'm still a big Michael Crawford fan, too. I'm sure I could come up with more.

Mike Mills (REM)
Yes, he is a nerd. Yes, he wears glasses. Yes, he could be my father. But dammit, he's sexy!

Tobias Moretti (Austrian actor, most known for Kommissar Rex and Speer und er, where he plays Adolf Hitler).

Adam Garcia, actor:

Morten Harket, from musicband A-Ha:

Alex Kapranos, from musicband Franz Ferdinand:

Hugh Grant, actor:

Martin Gore, from musicband Depeche Mode:

Douglas Payne, from musicband Travis:

Dave Gahan, from musicband Depeche Mode:

And David Thewlis. He makes me want to do naughty things:

All in all, I find men with large noses attractive (and not because of the German saying that says that men with large noses have large... err... feet). But Alan Rickman is number one for me.

Thanks you for the pictures, I didn't have to go googling the ones I didn't know! (I got rather distracted by the Hugh Grant picture for awhile!!) So, that big nose saying came from Germany, huh?? always wondered.

Well, my sister in law is from Germany. When I told her I liked big noses, she thought it was because of 'that'.

I think the saying is 'an der Nase eines Mannes erkannt man seinen Johannes', which means 'from the nose of a man you can recognize his johnny'.

Laughing

I have to say I like Hugh Grant's old looks better. Around 1995 he looked better than now, in my opinion. Oh, and besides big noses I like lots of hair too! On the head... not on the chest or back.

Laughing LMAO Oh, that's hilarious!! in America we do say things like you can tell how big a man's penis is by how big his nose is (or some people say his hands or feet! ) (and some use words other than penis of course!!) But, I love your saying! Very Happy

I never checked the saying though... Laughing

If the saying is right, Owen Wilson must have a huge, ugly... weenie. I mean, everytime I see him, I just have to look at his nose. It is big but I really don't like it:

By the way: are there more nose-addicts here? It is one of the first thing I check when I see a nice man. I don't care about butts or muscles.... Lips, noses and eyes are most important for me.

maybe someone should do a scientific survey....
I'm a nurse, but I work in the wrong department--I work in labor and delivery, so it's not weanies I'm seeing! (only the tiny baby ones, and their noses are all too little to tell what they will look like!)
by the way Owen Wilson is in the hospital for a suicide attempt yesterday, sad, huh? Hope he does OK. (I do like his brother, Luke)

Yes I heard that. I am not a fan of Owen but the news is sad. I hope he recovers. I read today that Owen broke his nose 13 times as a child!

I have another manly interest: Hugh Laurie. My sister has a crush on him because of House, and I started watching the show too. He is now superpretty or perfect or so, but I like him anyway.

I think I am one of those people who are not attracted to perfect people. Someone like Brad Pitt, with a normal face, just isnt interesting for me. I like flaws, that a big nose or a big chin or something like that.

With women I have the same thing. I like Sarah Jessica Parker. She has a long face, a fairly big nose and chin, but she looks pretty to me.
