lol im not even sure if i was ready to start this..since the movie came out  anyways...they scheduled a date for HBP to be released...November 21st 2008 im not even sure if its true but i did found this about Alan though in Wikipedia

I would have thought you couldnt have 'The Half Blood Prince' without the half blood prince, it doesnt make any sence to have the film without him. So does that mean that Alan will not be playing him? Personally I cant see anybody else in the role.

Exactly! And.. how will they do it without Snape? He is (in my opinion) the most important person in the HP series.

Well, you did get that from Wikipedia. Anyone can submit information to that site, so it could be someone just whipping up rumors.
The movie won't not have Snape in it, that's impossible. Whether or not Alan will be in the film, however, is not yet known. |

lol true but i hope Alan is in that movie because without him..ill write him a letter saying you have to be in the movie or we'll write a petition making him to!!! xDD

| They were saying the same thing about Gary Oldman for GoF. I think they do that for publicity, so everyone pays more attention to it. There is no way they can film HBP without the character of Snape. Also, Rickman totally doesn't seem the type to leave a movie franchise when it's almost complete. |

O my God. I dreamed last night that AR skipped HP6, because he wanted to get married.
Let's hope he doesn't!
