Okay...so I didn't see a thread like this and didn't know quite where to put it, but I thought we could all share dreams we've ever had of Alan rickman? lol I thought of this only because I had one last night..it was like an ACTION PACKED ROMANTIC COMEDY! lol

We were actually trying to beat bad guys on some titanic-esque ship...(funny that Alan is playing the hero in my dreamsss) and anyway....this was going on for awhile but then the "bad guys" figured out away to flip the ship over...When it flipped alan and I were on the "bottom" and it started flooding really rapidly.. he was like "OPEN THE DOOR AND HOLD YOUR BREATH!" So I did and the water literally blasted us....I felt someone grab onto my hand and pull me...and the next thing I know we are floating in the ocean alive...we get to some sort of dock...and climb out...It's raining at this point. I said "Wow, that was amazing! You were so great out there!" and he was like "Just doing my job"...he starts to walk down the pier...and what happened next was like the scene from POTC 3-At world's End. I called out.. "ALAN!" , ran towards him, and he lifted me up and we were kissing.. Embarassed in the rain like in the notebook! (as you can see I watch too many movies before bed) but it was really great...i was sad to wake up

That sounds like a great dream!
A while ago I dreamed that I was dancing with Alan, very close and really slow. Nothing else happened, but it was still very nice...

I had a dream a few months ago of the man himself. We were sitting on a couch not mine... Confused And we were kissing Shocked Twisted Evil I couldn't see his face though. I could only hear his voice (which was good enough for me Wink) Well lets just say I really hated waking up to my empty bed... Crying or Very sad Still it was nice for the short time that it was.... Twisted Evil Very Happy

OMG don't get me started! I have a livejournal account and I usually start each post with Line/Quote of the day: and Last nights dream(s): because my dreams have always been sooo vivid and are often prophetic (I wish the AR dreams would be prophetic!). I dream about water every night and have for as long as I can ever remember. You can't drive anywhere around here without seeing a river or lake so maybe that's part of it but I do I have a phobia of being under water or in water where I can see weeds or it is very murky. I also don't like to be out of site of the land. I love to swim and boat but I'm not comfortable with being in a car on a bridge or a ferry. I often dream of my car going into the water. Sad

I had a dream that I was on a train with Alan. I don't know much about trains, but we were standing at the front of the train (like politicians do?) waving at people. It was a little weird.

I also had a dream that Alan and I were visiting someone at the hospital. We kept joking that the person was faking it to get sympathy. I don't know why, but we were both being kind of mean but were happy about it. Confused

I don't think I've dreamed about Alan yet. Not whilst asleep anyway...I think my brain has a break from him while I'm sleeping!! Laughing

Must try harder.....must try harder...must try harder......

A while ago, I attended an online class about dream interpretation, it was very interesting.
Everyone dreams, and you have at least 4 different dreams per night, but most of the time, you remember only the last one, the one before waking up. But you can practice to remember your dreams. Just before you fall asleep, "program" yourself with an affirmation, "I will remember my dreams". Repeat it several times, like a mantra. Have pen and paper on your nightstand so you can write down your dream when you wake up - if you go to the bathroom first, the dream will be gone by the time you reach the door. So write down everything you remember immediately.
Also, if you want to increase the chance of dreaming about Alan, don't think of him right before you fall asleep. The subconscious mind picks up things more easily that you do not concentrate on with your conscious mind. For example, the day I went to see Sweeney Todd, I didn't dream about Alan, but about one of Johnny Depp's characters in another movie.

I had a great dream about Alan a while ago. It was obviously very much inspired by the Heroes TV series... Alan was a British grammar school teacher who had just been dumped by his wife (yes, very convenient). And then he started having visions about the future, some very scary apocalyptic visions. Those dreams drew him to a particular place, a scyscraper in the city of Frankfurt. I was a college student in history of art who had just moved to Frankfurt (I don't live there in real life, but I've been there several times). I had a premonition about a young man jumping from a building, which happened to be the same building Alan's character felt drawn to. It turned out that there was really someone there who attemped suicide (someone who looked very much like Josh Holloway...), and together we stopped him. Turned out that he was having premonitions too, which was why he had tried to kill himself. We tried to figure out what was going on and found about 6-7 more people with the same visions, but couldn't get them to work together with us. I can't say exactly how the dream was resolved because I've always wanted to write a fic about it, though I'm not sure about the category. It isn't a Heroes fanfic because there is not a single Heroes character in it, it isn't an actor fic because Alan is not Alan, and it is not really an original work because there is lots of stuff from existing movies and shows in it - Heroes, Revelation, little bit of Omen... is there a "dream fiction" category? Question

My dreams of Alan suck!

I've had two dreams I can recall.

1. Where severus snape and these strange asian horror like children are trying to kill me.

2. Alan moved next door to me and invites me over for coffee...I'm thinking, YES! SCORE! Nope. We sit down on his sofa and he starts talking to me about stuff that makes no sence, like boring old man stuff..."I remember back years ago, there was this man who used to fix shoes for a dollar etc..." You know, your grandparents type of boring go no where stories. And he started talking about people I don't know and really boring me that in the dream I kept trying to cut him off and tell him that I really have to go, but he kept insisting I stay or just continue on with these boring stories I couldn't get a word in. That dream sucked. He almost reminded me of Grandpa Simpson when he tells them stupid stories. If only I could control my dreams! Mad

Wow, Kat, those are not the kind of dreams one would want Alan to be part of...
When you finally have Alan to yourself you don´t want him to talk to you!
Or try to kill you... But I bet that was one of those freudian dreams that really meant something else..

LMAO!!!

Oh God, where to begin...
Well I think my favourite one that I can remember involved me being terminally ill in hospital (not the sort that smell funny, it was a nice one in the English countryside) and I had this big Georgian window in my room and I could see down this lane with lots of trees and one day I woke up to see Alan on horse back riding "Brandon-Style" towards the building. A nurse shows him to my room, he hands me a bunch of roses (minus thorns) and asks "how's the invalid?" and...

Well in the dream I think I pass out or something!! (as would probably be the case in reality, sadly)
Hope to manage to "stay asleep" long enough to find out what happens one day!!!

Mine too!! There was another one that I had that I won't get into too much detail on, but let's just say it involved Alan, a former (male) employer, and a day spa. Let's also suffice it to say the dream came after I watched "Dark Harbour"... Confused
