Well, I wouldn't call him humorless.
And yeah, that is a gorgeous pic. Buttons and boots and cloaks and all sorts of goodness. |

Me too. Absolutely. He got his own kind of humour.

Do you know that?
Titel: My mistress' eyes are nothing like the sun
Von: Alan Rickman
I found it while I was looking around to download some music(legal of course!). You can hear Alan`s voice, no singing, just speaking. But very nice! I found it on a German music download side, but maybe you are also lucky!!!
Love from Cheekygirl

I think britbitsandclips.com has the mp3 of it. As I recall that's where I got it from.
Thought I'd mention this one, there's a picture here of Alan on set in his newest film, Bottle Shock. There had been some legal issues with the flick, so I'm assuming they've been resolved if they're in production. |

Question for all of you that watch Alan interviews more than I do (hehe)
I was watching one about a week or so ago and the interviewer said something about Alan's dad. I already knew that his father died when Alan was 8 years old... but the interviewer said that Alan has "always been fairly vocal about his father's death". But until I saw that interview, I had only seen on IMDb that his dad died when he was young....
Was the interviewer just saying that Alan talks about his dad a lot or are there interviews I've missed? _________________ ~*~ Beth ~*~ |

i never knew about the interview about Alan talking about his dad o.o (to my point of view i guess hes like a private person ) and i knew that his father passed away when he was very young how sad and tragic i feel sorry for his mom since Alan said "She only had one love in her life" _________________ Potions Master|Snape Supporters

Alan is to make an appearance at the Oxford Union. This is the debating society of the world famous Oxford University. He will also be on BBC Radio4 on Saturday in a tribute to Anthony Minghella. For more details see here http://www.michelleblagden.co.uk/
