I love the new international trailer and Snape hitting Ron is just priceless. The kids flying past Parliament (I think!) is awesome, though why they aren't on Thestrals... Too bad there's not more of our lovely Alan in it, but watching him take a smack at that boy is still worth it. Ahh.... _________________ "The air is full of spices..." ~ Colonel Brandon |

Well, in my HP forum, some say they don't like Snape hitting people, because there are a lot of great scenes with him in the book, and there's no need for invent funny scenes for him.
I disagree, I just loved that scene in GoF, and I love the fact that the writers thought of giving him more of that in OoTP... _________________

Thanks for telling us, Lorraine. It's on my calendar, I'm looking forward to it _________________ "The air is full of spices..." ~ Colonel Brandon |

www.michelleblagden.co.uk has lots of links to pics, interviews etc, on her site.
I'm a bit of a techno idiot, but someone out there might be able to put them over here!!

I found it at Wikipedia in their quotes section. Here it is. Hope you get it in time if you hadn't alread found it...
"When I am asked about influences, I always say I bow down to Fred Astaire, because when you look at him dancing you never look at his extremities, do you? You look at his centre. What you never see is the hours of work that went into the routines, you just see the breathtaking spirit and freedom.” _________________ "The air is full of spices..." ~ Colonel Brandon |

Oh man, thank you so much! Unfortunately, I turned my powerpoint in today without it That's okay though. That quote has been driving me up the wall trying to remember it, or find it! So thanks! |

Not a problem. It was a nice challenge to go back and read some of his quotes trying to find it. It let me visit some pages I haven't been to in awhile. Glad I could help, somewhat! _________________ "The air is full of spices..." ~ Colonel Brandon |

Look what I bought today at bol.com:
This month 3 dvd's from AR are released in Holland. How great! I bought them all of course. Snow Cake I will have in a few days, for the other 2 I'll have to wait a bit longer.
I got a gift certificate from bol.com when I bought my new mobile, worth 40 euros. I waited half a year for these dvd's and they seemed an excellent choice for the certificate. _________________ I can teach you how to bewitch the mind and ensnare the senses. | Sweet! The Barchester Chronicles is fantastic! Nigel Hawthorne is absolutely hysterical in it. |

I posted this in the Site Updates sections a while ago, but I don't think anyone's seen it.
I received a letter for Ms. Parker today regarding the charity donation! Here's what she said:
| Quote: | | I have of course fowarded your letter to Mr. Rickman and he has asked me to send his tanks to all the members of the group for their generosity and kindess in making these donations. Autism Speaks is an important charity which does amazing work. It will benefit enormously by the bighearted actions of all those who contributed in this way. Thank you so much to everyone for their practical help to this charity. Their money will make a real difference. |
I want to thank everyone who helped out and/or donated to the charity this time round! I look forward to doing it yet again next year! |
